A manual technique with a profound effect

BNS
Bilateral Nasal Specific

BNS stands for

BNS is a simple method of relieving pressure on the skull bones and the adjacent areas of the inner skull using balloon-assisted mobilisation via the nasal cavities. BNS could also be described as a specialised form of osteopathic treatment from within.

This treatment releases tension that has often been present for a long time, which has a positive effect on the nervous system and leads to the normalisation of cerebrospinal fluid and blood circulation.

As BNS targets a very central area, the effects achieved are visible and noticeable throughout the body. For this reason, this technique can be used for a wide variety of complaints. To date, no adverse side effects are known.

In all my nearly fifty years of experience in the field of manipulative Therapy, nothing – old or modern – has been reported to restore health to patients as effectively and efficiently as BNS

Gentle manual technique

BNS is a very gentle, manual technique from the osteopathic tradition that works via the nasal passages

Calm, mindful, non-invasive

The treatment is carried out gently and with respect – many people find it a deeply moving experience

Holistic approach

BNS views the human being as a unity of body, mind and nervous system and stimulates the body’s internal balance

Individually adapted

Each treatment is adapted to the current condition and needs of the patient

Working with bilateralism

Targeted, bilateral stimulation helps to maintain the natural balance between the right and left sides of the body

Effect on breathing and cranial structures

The technique aims to release tension in the cranial system and harmonise the body’s breathing patterns

Support for the nervous system

BNS can have a regulating effect on the autonomic nervous system and promote processes of relaxation and self-regulation
